Abstract

У статті досліджено економічну сутність фінансового забезпечення територіальних громад як складової міжбюджетних відносин, здійснено аналіз впливу інструментів бюджетного регулювання міжбюджетних відносин на фінансову забезпеченість територіальних громад; визначено особливості планування видатків бюджетів органів місцевого самоврядування.В статье исследовано экономическую сущность финансового обеспечения территориальных объединений как составной межбюджетных отношений, осуществлено анализ влияния инструментов бюджетного регулирования межбюджетных отношений на финансовою обеспеченность территориальных объединений; определено особенности планирования бюджетов органов местного самоуправления.
