Abstract

Окреслена проблема віддзеркалює світову тенденцію інноваційного розвитку. Формування елітної групи фахівців, мотивованих до постійного самовдосконалення є одним з головних завдань сучасної державної політики, національним пріоритетом і передумовою національної безпеки держави.Обозначенная проблема отражает мировую тенденцию инновационного развития. Формирование элитной группы специалистов, мотивированных к постоянному самосовершенствованию является одной из главных задач современной государственной политики, национальным приоритетом и предпосылкой национальной безопасности государства.
