Кваліметрична Оцінка Використання Трудового Потенціалу Підприємства

Abstract

Стаття присвячена розробці науково-методичних основ щодо оцінювання використання трудового потенціалу працівників підприємств на основі застосування кваліметричного методу. Запропоновано методичний підхід до оцінки використання трудового потенціалу за критеріями: трудові якості; організаторські здібності; кваліфікаційний потенціал; психологічне співробітництво; соціальна відповідальність. Надано характеристики соціальної відповідальності. Наведено результати апробації оцінювання трудового потенціалу на прикладі машинобудівних підприємств та визначено його резерви.
