Концептуальні Підходи До Мотивації В Інноваційній Діяльності Підприємства

Abstract

Стаття присвячена поясненню загальних концептуальних підходів до мотивації і можливість їхнього застосування в інноваційній діяльності підприємства. Проаналізовані три сучасних концептуальних підходу до мотивації працівників. Розкрито необхідність використання накопичених теоретичних розробок в напряму мотивування працівників до інноваційної діяльності. Запропоновано напрямки використання окремих положень загальних теорій мотивації при стимулюванні працівників до інноваційної діяльності.
