Abstract

Досліджено особливості і специфіку діяльності віртуальних організацій в умовах впливу чинників інформаційної економіки; запропоновано авторське визначення категорії «віртуальна організація»; представлено типологію віртуальних організацій залежно від характеру управління і активів; виділено ключові конкурентні переваги віртуальних форм організації бізнесу в умовах інформаційно-орієнтованої економіки.
