Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме использования инструментария контроллинга на предприятиях различных видов экономической деятельности, в частности, в розничной торговле. Автором предложено особый алгоритм оценки отраслевой соответствии инструментов контроллинга и проведено его апробацию на примере розничной торговли с широким ассортиментом. Особое внимание уделяется анализу примеров практической реализации инструментов, описанных в отечественных и зарубежных литературных источниках.
