Материальное Стимулирование Трудовой Деятельности: Анализ Теоретико-Методологических Подходов

Abstract

Уточнено понятие «стимулирование трудовой деятельности». Доказано, что, несмотря на индивидуальный характер, системы материального стимулирования основываются на двух методологических подходах или их сочетании: определении стоимости рабочей силы как размера фактических расходов работодателя по найму рабочей силы и теории социально-трудового партнерства. Определены их преимущества и недостатки. Обобщены классификационные признаки систем материального стимулирования.
