Abstract

В статье проведен сравнительный анализ таких форм организаций бизнеса как кластер, транснациональная корпорация, ассоциация, градообразующее предприятие. Рассматриваются преимущества кластерной формы организации бизнеса. Выявляются существенные признаки кластерной организации через сопоставление с указанными выше формами организации бизнеса.
