Abstract

В статье обосновываются и приводятся теоретико-методические разработки оценки бизнеса консалтинговых компаний, учитывающие отраслевые особенности формирования стоимости. На основе анализа рынка консалтинга в России определяются методические ориентиры стоимостной оценки и факторы формирования стоимости. Описывается разработанная сценарно-вероятностная модель оценки консалтинговых компаний, а также даются краткие выводы по результатам эмпирической проверки модели
