Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам развития системы подготовки государственных и муниципальных служащих в России через систему высшего профессионального образования, являющуюся частью общественного сектора экономики. Анализируются современные представления о высшем образовании в стране и его дальнейшее развитие, а также развитие системы подготовки государственных и муниципальных служащих с точки зрения эволюции общественного сектора экономики
