Abstract

The article provides the reader with a critical analysis of Coase theorem. The basis is the assumption that trade between two economic agents, which determine the making of values the production of which is accompanied by effects, is carried out in the conditions corresponding to the pricing model on a duopoly market. The authors prove that under these circumstances the production volume for these values usually will not be socially optimal.
