Социально-Экономические Детерминанты Качества Жизни Сельского Населения

Abstract

В статье дополнено и уточнено определение категории «качество жизни сельского населения»; обнаружены структурные характеристики категории «качество жизни сельского населения»; обоснован организационно-экономический механизм их взаимодействия. Обобщена и предложена классификация методических подходов к анализу основных параметров оценки категории качества жизни сельского населения, которая в наибольшей степени адаптирована к условиям и специфике оценки параметров жизни сельского населения и, соответственно, наиболее полно отражает через предлагаемые индексы и показатели всю полноту этой категории. При этом необходимо оценить вектор направленности воздействия этих структурных показателей на индекс качества жизни, что является одним из необходимых условий реализации этой методики. Разработан также и методический подход расчета структурных и сводного индекса качества жизни сельского населения региона.
