Abstract

Электронная торговля один из основных видов современной торговли, и важный сектор экономики страны. Электронной торговле в полной мере присущи традиционные предпринимательские риски, вместе с тем, зачастую проявляются и специфические риски, порожденные технологиями электронного бизнеса, организованные посредством применения средств компьютерной и телекоммуникационной техники. Однако работ, посвященных минимизации рисков в электронной торговле крайне мало. Актуальность обозначенных проблем и обусловила выбор темы исследования. В статье рассмотрены основные процессы и этапы минимизации рисков, цели и подходы их реализации.
