Abstract

Розглянуто готовність країни до впровадження державно-приватного партнерства та виявлено проблеми його реалізації. Проаналізовано інституціональне забезпечення державно-приватного партнерства, сформовано основні напрями його розвитку, спрямовані на розвиток законодавства, інституціонального середовища, управління і організації державно-приватного партнерства та утворення необхідних умов для реалізації.Рассмотрена готовность страны к внедрению государственно-частного партнерства и выявлены проблемы его реализации. Проанализировано институциональное обеспечение государственно-частного партнерства, сформированы основные направления его развития, направленные на развитие законодательства, институциональной среды, управления и организации государственно-частного партнерства и создания необходимых условий для реализации.The article considered the country's readiness for the implementation of public-private partnership and problems of its realization. Institutional support of public-private partnership is analyzed, the main directions of its development aimed at the development of legislation, institutional environment, management and organization public-private partnership and creating the necessary conditions for implementation are identified.
