Интегральная Оценка Развития Малого Предпринимательства Украины

Abstract

Статья посвящена проведению интегральной оценки развития малого предпринимательства Украины на основе метода многомерной средней для разработки направлений поддержки деятельности малых предприятий. Метод многомерной средней без сокращения объема совокупности, дает возможность построить иерархическую систему группировки показателей деятельности субъектов малого предпринимательства по регионам Украины, изучить закономерности распределения, взаимосвязей и тенденций развития. Рассчитанные интегральные коэффициенты развития малого предпринимательства за 2008 и 2012 гг. позволили определить рейтинг регионов Украины. Определено, что малое предпринимательство по регионам развивается достаточно равномерно, несмотря на неравномерное социально-экономическое развитие регионов Украины. Предложены основные направления государственной поддержки малого предпринимательства.
