Структурная Модель Инновационного Кластера

Abstract

Кластерный подход анализируется с позиций изучения инновационных процессов, обеспечивающих эффективную адаптацию экономической системы к изменяющимся рыночным условиям. Предлагается классификация кластеров. Вводится определение инновационного кластера как подсистемы региональной иновационной системы. Обосновывается структурная модель инновационного кластера, осуществляется выбор оптимального набора параметров модели, оцениваются характеристики связности и синергетики.
