Abstract

Статья посвящена реформированию института образования России, особое внимание уделяется вопросу системных трансформаций. На основе анализа данных опросов учителей Вологодской области в 2011-2015 гг. выявлено отношение педагогов к проводимым реформам. Показано, что превращение образования в сферу услуг негативно воспринимается в педагогическом сообществе.
