Abstract

В статье рассматривается сектор коммунального хозяйства Санкт-Петербурга, как основной лимитирующий фактор социально-экономического развития региона, и пути его модернизации. В качестве основного инструмента реформирования предлагаются концессионные формы государственно-частного партнёрства. Публикация подготовлена в рамках поддержанного РГНФ научного проекта № 13-32-01035.In the article the utilities sector of St. Petersburg as a major limiting factor in the socio-economic development of the region and the ways of its modernization. The main instrument of reforming offered concession forms of public-private partnerships. Publication is part of a research project supported by the RGNF № 13-32-01035.
