Abstract

В статье проведен краткий обзор методов, используемых при планировании ассортимента, и предложен путь совершенствования этих методов на основе маркетинговой концепции посредством выделения и анализа факторов влияния по трем зонам: клиентоориентированной, зоне компетентности и зоне менеджмента.The article provides a brief overview of the methods used in the planning of the assortment, and offered a way to improve these methods on the basis of a marketing concept by means of selection and analysis of the factors of impact on the three areas: customer-oriented, the area of competence and zone management.
