Abstract

В статье раскрываются факторы формирования издержек предприятий хлебопекарной промышленности, влияние государства на проблемы отрасли, способы регулирования и уменьшения затрат в хлебопекарной промышленности, рассмотрены перспективные направления развития предприятий хлебопекарной отрасли.The article indicated factors of cost of baking industry, government influence on the industry's problems, methods of controlling and reducing costs in the baking industry and considered promising areas of the baking industry.
