Отбор Заказчика Услуг Промышленного Сервиса

Abstract

В статье показано, что при выстраивании долгосрочных партнерских отношений в сфере промышленного сервиса каждый из участников таких отношений должен применять инструментарий отбора партнера для оценки ожидаемого экономического эффекта и минимизации своих рисков. В настоящее время широкий набор методик отбора партнера предложен только для заказчика, отбирающего исполнителя, что ставит исполнителя в неравноправное положение и ведет к риску срыва сотрудничества. В предлагаемой статье сформулированы общие методические подходы к разработке процедуры отбора заказчика исполнителем. Сформулирован перечень критериев, которые могут быть использованы для оценки заказчика. Предложена математическая модель оценки заказчика. Показано, что использование такой процедуры оценки целесообразно только в случае долгосрочных отношений для крупных заказов.
