Опыт Организации Взаимодействия Коммерческого Банка С Высшими Учебными Заведениями

Abstract

В статье показано, что с учётом прогнозируемых тенденций на рынке труда организациям необходимо пересмотреть подходы к работе с ВУЗами, в части поиска и отбора перспективных студентов. На примере Сбербанка России показано, что эффективная работа с молодёжью является важнейшей потребностью организаций на рынке трудовых ресурсов. Выделены проблемы данной организации в части работы с ВУЗами. Описаны наработки банка в части отбора лучших выпускников учебных заведений на начальные позиции в организации: создание филиала кафедры ВУЗа на базе банка, проведение Дней открытых дверей, организация практики студентов с элементами оценки. Определены направления совершенствования работы банка с ВУЗами, конкретизированы факторы, которые позволят обеспечить эффективность взаимодействия организации с ВУЗами.
