Abstract

На ряде примеров в статье анализируются процессы инновационного развития технологий управления персоналом в органах государственной власти. Дается характеристика основных особенностей рассмотренных технологий, приведены конкретные примеры их использования на федеральном и региональном уровнях управления. Обосновано предложение о необходимости формирования единого методологического подхода к разработке и внедрению технологий персонал-менеджмента в органах государственной власти.
