Abstract

Анализ эффективности государственного управления является одной из самых актуальных проблем как в теории, так и на практике. Для дальнейшего развития социально ориентированного государства в России все более важным становится исследование теоретико-методологических проблем определения социальной эффективности. Автор дает обзор современных подходов к категории «социальная эффективность», предлагает уточненное ее определение, выявляет типологические подходы к расчетам ее показателей. Выводы автора подкрепляются конкретными примерами из практики деятельности органов государственной власти в современной России.
