Abstract

В данной статье проведен ситуационный анализ обеспечения инновационного развития экономики РФ. Проведен PEST-анализ, на основании которого выделены глобальные вызовы, которые требуют безотлагательных мер со стороны руководства страны. Построена матрица SWOT-анализа ситуации в области инновационного развития РФ (макро-уровень). Предложен комплекс мер по решению проблемы технологического отставания и обеспечения инновационного прорыва.
