Abstract

Проблемы экологии остаются одной из наиболее острых проблем сегодняшнего дня, имеющих огромное социальное и экономическое значение. Следовательно, возникает необходимость на сегодняшний день управлять ходом событий по улучшению экологической ситуации в регионах. В работе автор рассматривает концепцию эколого-экономической системы как объекта управления. Суть, которой заключается в том, что процесс взаимодействия человека и биосферы должен быть управляем, и не приводить к деградации биосферы в целом.Problems of ecology remain one of most acute problems of today having huge social and economic value. Consequently, there is indispensability as of today to operate a course of events on improvement of an ecological situation in regions. In work the author considers the concept of eco-economic system as object of management. The essence which consists that process of interoperability of the person and biosphere should be operated and not lead to degradation of biosphere as a whole.
