Abstract

Институт муниципального управления в нашей стране окончательно признан в качестве одного из важнейших элементов современного, цивилизованного и демократического государства и одной из базовых основ конституционного строя Российской Федерации. Между тем, несмотря на значительные усилия государства и гражданского общества, направленные на дальнейшее совершенствование данного института, в России еще пока остаются отдельные социально-правовые и экономические проблемы развития системы муниципального управления, а также муниципальных образований в целом. В представленной работе проводится исследование основных социально-правовых и экономических проблем развития института муниципального управления в России
