Abstract

«Человеческий капитал» ключевое понятие для осмысления основных тенденций в развитии современного общества, особенное значение оно имеет в сегодняшней России. В статье рассмотрена роль государства в формировании инновационной экономики и человеческого капитала в ней."Human Capital" is a key concept for understanding the major trends in contemporary society. It has a special significance in today's Russia. The article considers the role of government in creating the innovation economy and human capital in it.
