Abstract

Управленческие инновации появлялись с изменением структур ведения бизнеса кластеров взаимодействий и взаимозависимости в деловых сетях. Подходы к инновационному управлению в предпринимательских структурах определяется интересами финансового капитала. Управленческие инновации в глобальной экономике проявляются как сетевое управление система взаимодействия участников сети, включающая механизм координации, согласованности действий во времени и пространстве между центром и периферией
