Abstract

В статье обобщены достижения ученых и практиков в области психологии и управления и разработан инструментарий для изучения собственной личности. Новизна предложенных методов состоит в использовании специально подобранного комплекса оценивающих технологий на базе теста Кетелла, с учетом особенностей исторически-национального происхождения испытуемой. Практическое значение состоит в качественно новом подходе к кадровым технологиям оценивания: подбор и расстановка персонала, формирование кадрового резерва, аттестация, квалификационный экзамен, конкурс и т.п. Статья содержит: «Общие подходы к оцениванию личности», «Генеалогически-ономастический аспект», «Психологические методы оценки личности», «Рекомендации студентке для дальнейшего самосовершенствования», «Выводы методические по применению предложенного инструментария».
