Abstract

В статье рассмотрены проблемы, возникшие в связи с введением налога на недвижимое имущество физических лиц с 1 января 2015 года. Выявлены и проанализированы последствия для налогоплательщиков физических лиц и дана предварительная оценка перспектив укрепления доходной части бюджетов.
