Abstract

Данная статья освещает проблему отсутствия в законодательстве легально закрепленного определения «вновь созданный объект недвижимости». В ней дается анализ современного законодательства в данной области, примеры из судебной практики и теоретическое обоснование проблемы. Так же подводятся итоги и делаются выводы, которые предусматривают различные виды решения данного пробела законодательства.
