Необходимость Формирования Государственной Политики Регионального Развития В Современных Экономических Условиях

Abstract

В статье обосновывается необходимость научного обеспечения формирования государственной политики регионального развития в современных экономических условиях. Анализируются проблемы стратегического управления региональным развитием. Выявляются региональные особенности, как сдерживающие, так и стимулирующие социально-экономическое развитие Северо-Кавказского федерального округа, с учетом реализуемой региональной политики.
