Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу формирования систем организационно-управленческого обеспечения достижения целей и решения задач территориального развития муниципальных образований в социальной сфере. С учетом сложившейся практики текущего управления в муниципальном образовании рассмотрены направления модернизации системы управления социальным развитием.
