Abstract

В статье анализируются вопросы внедрения наилучших существующих технологий в области охраны окружающей среды на современном этапе развития общества. Рассмотрены модели внедрения данных технологий, а также принимаемые в соответствие с ними проекты нормативных актов. Делаются выводы о возможных направлениях дальнейшего совершенствования внедрения наилучших существующих технологий, а также механизм законодательного урегулирования данного вопроса, методике обеспечения правового механизма функционирования и перспектив развития проблемы внедрения наилучших доступных технологий
