Abstract

В статье анализируется положение Конституционного Суда Российской Федерации Российской Федерации в иерархии судебной системы. Рассмотрены его основные направления деятельности, связь с Конституцией Российской Федерации. Делаются выводы о возможных направлениях дальнейшего совершенствования российской судебной системы и Конституционного Суда Российской Федерации в частностиThe article analyzes the position of the Constitutional Court in the hierarchy of the judicial system. The author considers its main activities, the relationship with the Constitution. The paper presents conclusions about the possible directions of improvement of the Russian judicial system and the Constitutional Court in particular
