Следственный Гипноз. Состояние,Проблемы И Перспективы

Abstract

В статье анализируется применение метода гипнорепродукции на стадии предварительного расследования следственными органами, точки зрения ученых по данному вопросу, факторы, обуславливающие необходимость применения гипноза, категории граждан, в отношении которых допустимо проводить допрос с гипнозом. Делаются выводы о возможном варианте процедуры проведения допроса с применением гипноза.
