Abstract

В статье анализируется криминалистическая характеристика преступлений в сфере компьютерной информации. Рассмотрены проблемы, встречающиеся при расследовании данных видов преступлений. Делаются выводы о возможном внесении изменений в уголовный кодекс Российской Федерации в целях систематизации данных видов преступлений.
