Due Diligence як комплексна система захисту від підприємницьких ризиків та побудови стратегії

Abstract

У статті досліджено можливості використання Due Diligence для визначення комерційної привабливості планованої угоди або інвестиційного проекту. Підкреслено, що експертиза надає можливість прийняття обґрунтованого рішення щодо вирішення питання перспективності потенційного бізнесу. Доведено, що перевірка здатна оцінити низку ризиків, що мають істотне значення для прийняття рішення щодо володіння активом. Дослідження закордонного досвіду проведення Due Diligence показало, що оцінка здатна впливати на прийняття стратегічних рішень та здійснення господарської діяльності компанії. Аналіз методики проведення Due Diligence визначив декілька напрямків оцінки в залежності від поставленої цілі експертизи.
