Abstract

Визначено сучасні характерні особливості міжнародної банківської діяльності. Надано характеристику транснаціональним банкам як головним суб’єктам глобалізаційних процесів, та визначено особливості їх діяльності. Розглянуто вплив присутності іноземного капіталу в банківській системі України та визначені сильні і слабкі сторони банків з іноземним капіталом на вітчизняному фінансовому ринку.
