Abstract

В статті обґрунтована необхідність залучення молодих фахівців на залізниці України. В якості інструменту залучення та адаптації молодих спеціалістів, запропоновано створення Програми молодіжної політики залізниці, яка направлена на професійний розвиток і особистісне становлення молоді, її залучення до творчої і активної праці.In the article the need to attract young professionals to the railways of Ukraine. As a tool to attract young professionals and adaptation, proposed the creation of youth policies railway, which is aimed at professional development and personal development of young people, its involvement in the creative and active work.
