Abstract

В статье проведено обоснование целесообразности укрепления производственного потенциала локомотивного хозяйства железнодорожного транспорта Украины. При оценке потенциала транспортных предприятий основным инструментом определения стоимости является оценка состояния основных фондов. Неудовлетворительное их состояние не способствуют укреплению производственного потенциала. Путем укрепления производственного потенциала, рассмотренным в статье, является стратегическое партнерство. Участниками партнерства выступают железнодорожный транспорт, отечественные производители и лидеры мирового рынка железнодорожной техники. В статье приведены тенденции и перспективы рынка железнодорожной промышленности. Приведены факты, подтверждающие заинтересованность сторон в таком сотрудничестве. А также выделены предпосылки, преимущества и результаты партнерства.
