Эффективность Ресурсного Обеспечения Торгового Флота

Abstract

Анализируются основные условия формирования ресурсных ограничений эффективного функционирования торгового флота. Формируется подход по достижению устойчивой операторской деятельности по внешним условиям рынка транспортных услуг. Обосновывается направление развития провозной способности флота по критериям соответствия текущего цикла. Процесс глобализации рынка морской торговли усиливает требования к адекватности ресурсов транспортного флота. Следует различать количественные и качественные характеристики ресурсного потенциала морской транспортной индустрии. Проблемы эффективной реализации ресурсов торгового флота обусловлены динамичностью внешней среды и регуляторной политикой международных институтов.
