Денежно-кредитная политика Национального банка Республики Беларусь и состояние денежного рынка страны в 2008-2015 гг. (часть i)

Abstract

Исследуются практические аспекты функционирования банковской системы и денежного рынка в рамках сложившихся противоречивых тенденций развития экономики Беларуси в 2008-2015 годах. Представлен анализ концепции трех волн кризисного цикла развития денежной системы в экономике страны: 2008-2010 годы, 2011 год, 2014-2015 годы. Проводится сравнительный анализ нарастания денежных дисбалансов на трех этапах кризиса экономики и денежного рынка Беларуси. Показано воздействие внешних шоков мирового рынка на ухудшение условий функционирования финансового рынка, банковской системы и экономики Беларуси. Предложены условия, при которых возможно реформирование экономики страны.
