Abstract

Увеличилась роль информационных технологий в реализации социально-экономического развития всей страны. Применение инноваций позволяет изменить принципы взаимодействия государственных органов с организациями и гражданами и увеличить эффективность взаимодействия и передачи информации. Без создания комплексного программного обеспечения невозможно организовать рациональное управление государственными структурами всех уровней. Информационные технологии становятся важным инструментом для решения задач по переходу ЖКХ России на инновационный путь развития. Внедрение инновационных технологий в организации жилищно-коммунального комплекса даст возможность формировать оперативную и достоверную информацию о состоянии ЖКХ. Также сделает возможным принятие эффективных управленческих решений, например, при регулировании стоимости услуг ЖКХ. Нужно обеспечить всестороннее содействие по внедрению инновационных технологий в деятельность экономических субъектов сферы ЖКХ.
