Abstract

В статье рассматривается механизм выявления и использования резервов повышения эффективности управления промышленным предприятием. Предложенные направления реализации имеющихся на промышленных предприятиях резервов в соответствии со стадиями производственного процесса обусловливают сосредоточение усилий на достижении какого-либо результата на одной из стадий инновационного процесса.
