Abstract

Данная статья посвящена исследованию существующих проблем, связанных с особенностями взаимодействия государства, бизнес-структур и социальных институтов в системе управления сферой высшего профессионального образования. Разработаны рекомендации по совершенствованию механизмов государственно-частного партнерства в высшем образовании, даны предложения по вопросам управления высшим образованием с учётом уровня конкуренции на рынке образовательных услуг региона.
