Российско-Турецкое Экономическое Трансграничное Взаимодействие В Контексте Стратегии Инновационного Развития Ростовской Области

Abstract

Акцентировано значение экономики Турецкой Республики как важнейшего аттрактора для территориально-хозяйственных систем Юга России. Показано, что реализация базовой (инновационной) стратегии социально-экономического развития Ростовской области сопряжена с постановкой и решением сложной и долгосрочной задачи обеспечения поступательного развития взаимодействия экономики Ростовской области с экономикой Турции при одновременном изменении «качества» двухсторонних трансграничных взаимосвязей, гарантирующего нашему региону большие возможности для локализации современной промышленности (неоиндустриализации), модернизации и сбалансированного развития аграрно-промышленного комплекса, а также позитивной динамики в сфере науки и образования.
