Abstract

В статье исследуется проблема изменения модели привлечения финансирования для создания новых инфраструктурных мощностей транспортными компаниями в условиях вызванной геополитическими рисками напряженности. Адаптация компаний транспортной отрасли к новым экономическим условиям требует качественно нового подхода к подготовке эффективного кадрового состава. На примере ОАО «РЖД» рассматриваются основные требования к подготовке определенных групп персонала, а также ставятся задами по формированию разработки системы профессиональных компетенций в рамках Корпоративного университета компании.
