Abstract

В статье обоснована важность конвергенции системного и дифференцированного подходов к формированию адаптивных региональных механизмов сохранения устойчивого роста в условиях внешних угроз; доказано, что концептуальные основы управления региональными инновациями как потенциалом конкурентоспособности хотя и отражают общеэкономические императивы, они формируются под воздействием особенностей конкретной территории в рамках единого национального рыночного пространства.
